Company’s Advertising.

The Client covenants and agrees that, to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws (including, without limitation, local zoning and land use bylaws and legislation controlling the installation of signs next to provincial highways), the Company may, at its sole cost and expense, erect, paint, display, maintain, alter, change or remove advertising signs on the Premises, all such signs to be dignified in appearance. The Company shall pay the Client $50 every 30th day the sign is displayed.
 

Limitation of Warranty for Third-Party Actions

NS Roofer Inc. (the "Company") acknowledges that the Client may request or have third-party actions, such as solar installation, performed in conjunction with the roofing services provided by the Company. In consideration of the complexity and potential risks associated with such third-party actions, the Company shall not be held liable for any warranty claims or damages arising directly or indirectly from the third-party actions, including but not limited to solar installation, performed in conjunction with the roofing services provided by the Company, except for the work performed by Polaron Energy Corp.
 

Consent for Use of Client’s house Photos in Promotional Materials

By signing this contract, the customer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any photographs taken by the Company of the customer’s property, including the completed roofing project, for promotional and advertising purposes.
